Instead of juggling multiple dogs at once in a noisy environment, our stylists work one-on-one with pets, creating a calmer and more focused grooming experience.
There are no crowded grooming rooms, no kennel dryers running, and no salon drama — just the groomer and the dog.
Inside the van, groomers work in a calm, quiet space where they can listen to their own music or podcast while focusing on one dog at a time.

The Role of Pet Stylists
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Pet Stylists at Happy Hounds are responsible for:
- Grooming, bathing, brushing, drying, clipping, and styling pets safely and professionally
- Providing compassionate handling and care for every pet
- Communicating professionally with clients
- Taking photos of pets
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional mobile grooming environment
- Safely operating and driving the mobile grooming vehicle to scheduled appointments
- Assisting with the daily setup, operation, and care of grooming equipment and mobile systems
- Supporting the operation of mobile grooming systems, including water, power, and climate control
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and assisting with routine tasks such as fueling the van, refilling propane, monitoring water levels, and emptying waste tanks when needed
OUR MOBILE GROOMING VANS
Our mobile grooming vans are spacious and thoughtfully designed, allowing groomers to move comfortably around the grooming table and easily guide pets between the table and tub.
Each van is fully equipped with professional grooming equipment and features such as:
- Climate control (air conditioning and heat)
- A refrigerator and microwave for meals during the day
- An onboard restroom
- A backup camera for easier driving and parking
These features help create a comfortable, safe, and efficient workday for our team.
